Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues

We’ll have a lot of exciting updates for you in the near future. You won’t want to miss out! Since mavion.world is a relatively new domain, some email providers may initially mark our emails to you as spam –even though you subscribed to them. 😠


If you’ve signed up to receive emails from us, but are having trouble finding them in your inbox, please follow these steps:

  1. Search your inbox for “@mavion.world”.
  2. If you are still unable to locate our emails, search your Spam folder for “@mavion.world”. (This is important because many email providers exclude spam emails from search results.)
    1. If our emails were filtered as spam by your email provider, please mark us as “Not Spam”. This will help ensure that you receive future emails in your inbox.
  3. If no emails from any “@mavion.world” addresses can be found in your inbox or spam folder, please confirm that you entered the correct email address when signing up.

In addition to making sure emails from us are not marked as spam, here are some other steps you can take to improve the visibility of our emails in your inbox:

  • Mark our emails as “Important” or mark them with a star. Your email software will learn to mark future emails from us accordingly.
  • Add “hello@mavion.world” to your contact list or email whitelist.
